(well there's also cards in tabletop BB but let's keep things simple).
You can also paint your warbands like you want, so I see no reason to not at least have different colours in the video game (if not different skins - that was a missed opportunity in BB2, and it would be cool to have themed warbands in cosmetic DLCs for instance).
Tactical, tight as hell, matches. The game has a ton of replayability due to the sheer amount of player tampering each match can have.

From what I remember they were kinda working on an army painter option.
