Finding the secret room guide
For those completionists or just the curious, here's how to find the secret room.

You must have beaten the game at least once. The only way to access the secret room is by getting all 3 bonuses for beating the game with certain requirements.

Killing the spider above the first save point nets you a double jump with every new playthrough

Beating the game without saving gets you an upgraded dagger with the properties of a bomb(does 3 damage and can break bombable walls)

Beating the game without collecting any health upgrades gets you the key to the secret room.

Once you have these upgrades you have to find 4 hidden switches and hit them in the correct number order.(if you hit them in the wrong order you'll have to restart the whole game over)

Edit: someone told me that you don't have to hit the switches in number order, but I did them out of order and the last wall wouldn't open. I don't know if this was a bug, but to be safe I'd just do them in the 1-2-3-4 order.

Switch 1 is in the center of the map in the dark room which only has a health upgrade. If you drop a bomb into the spikes next to the health upgrade you'll open a wall to switch 1.

Switch 2 is in the room with all the buzzsaws near the 2nd boss. On the right side of the room, right after the 4 buzzsaws going counterclockwise, is a buzzsaw going up and down with a slightly higher wall than the other vertical buzzsaws. Going up there nets you switch number 2.

Switch 3 is in the next room with the save point right before the final boss. Jump up the wall and on the top right throw some daggers to open the wall to the 3rd switch.

Switch 4 is the only obvious one. Right after defeating the dragon boss and collecting the key you'll notice a down arrow. Bomb the floor to get to the final switch.

Now that you've hit all the switches in the correct order you'll need to head to the room right above where you found the glove. Again you'll notice arrows. This time pointing to the right. Double jump up here and throw daggers at the wall to open the passageway. This will take you right to the secret room.

And your reward for going through all this trouble? A real life picture of a guy and his child.(Probably the creator of the game)

I assure you, the switches do not need to be switched on in a certain order. This is 100% true. Since I am the developer of this game. :- ) And what you described really was a bug. Thanks for the bug report. I'll try to figure it out.

As for the game itself, I hope you liked the game. At the moment I'm preparing a small DLC for the game. We will try to prepare this update as soon as possible. Thanks again for the feedback. This is very important for us!

So I started this game over again for the first time in a while, and I found out where what the bug is. I hit the first two switches in number order, hit the fourth switch, and then when I went to number 3 the switch was already down even though I didn't hit it. I started over again, trying to see if hitting the fourth switch first did something to the other switches, but no problem happened, so I guess something just goes funny when you go 1-2-4-3 compared to some other random order.

Also, any word on when the DLC is coming out?

Thank you for such a detailed description! I'll try to find out exactly what the problem is.
I was busy porting the game to the PS4, XBOX, Switch consoles all the time.

As for the DLC, it turned out to be so big that I decided to make it a separate game. As a result, pixel art changed to a bitmap style of graphics. Some details are available on my Twitter or VK:

Thank you again for playing the game, giving feedback and helping it get better!

My only complaint left is just that you can't delete progress. You can start a new game whenever you want, yes, but having all the perks, especially the double jump, takes away the majority of the challenge.
