Though for stuff like hair and such I guess at best the user could only draw a different texture but nothing could be done about the model itself
I all so would like Toon that are Furry
https://design.tutsplus.com/articles/how-to-draw-furries-aka-anthropomorphic-characters--cms-30243
Theres a way to make the models interact with items like a gun ? i find the positions but not the 3d models of a gun, if there arent any i would like to know how to import one .
Kudos for the workshop.
i know how to slap pants or a jacket on a 3d figure :

this ofcourse takes a bit longer than using a prefab tool specialized (for comics in this case - or manga as its called overthere) - simply importing props cant be too hard to implement i suppose but fitting clothes and hairpieces / facial hair for male (or females on steroids lol) that can scale or have sliders to modify - i could think of a few more things but i would get close to curiouslabs pôser (or whoever owns that these days, but thats like a 200 dollar piece of software last time i checked), still - i think especially the hair for most but easy moddable clothing scaled to the models would certainly be a bonus, as well as in-program colouring or pre-selected polygonsets ...
and then some ;-)
even simple cheekbones or nose bridge andposition can already make a diff in characterstyle ... if its open for workshop and it gets decent howtos im sure the steam communitiy will provide :)
Better yet the same tool that is used by the Dev in
KumaKuma Manga Editor to put in the Content.
From the look of it the dev are useing Truebones to reg the modules
https://truebones.com/
I all so have seen module that are vary close to what is in this program in the
UNITY shop.
So over all I think they are a lot of Tools that cold be used if the Dev had the time to do it.
Maybe some way to connect kuma to blender to allow new things like animating each frame and even to open the possibility to create animated mangas (could work in autoplay, or ask readers to mouse-over or other options to control playback). IMO this could help a lot to make the software more popular, and even more useful to create visual novels through blender, or just anmated mangas and comics ("motion comics"). Im sure that if a manga editor with 3d tools llike kuma could connect to blender, a lot of people wouldnt mind much it isnt free software, and also if it allowed to import user generated content.

And KumaKuma do have way more potential. It just needs few final touches.
My personal interest here is not in hentai. I want to import a number of clown models/suits for comics series about truly decadent circus.
ComiPO! don't allow importing whole models and offers rather limited capabilities for posture edit. And lack of 3D Backgrounds... (besides, do KumaKuma have 3D Backgrounds import? o_o)
GMod/SFM offer way too much crap to handle for my rather limited skills.
And, I can't recall any additional tools of even comparable quality which could be of use for this purpose.
Aside from using heavily modded Skyrim/Fallout 4 as a last ditch effort >_< Which is even _worse_ for comics making.
