The game is locked at 30FPS...
I've tried everything and this game still caps at 30FPS. Pretty unacceptable for a PC port. Seems like this game runs poorly on every platform. I wish I hadn't bought this through Gamebillet so I could get a refund. You can't even change the settings until you finish the tutorial.
