[SPOILERS] Building 302 mission is impossible?

I'm trying to beat the mission where you steal the keycard from building 302 (Motor Shop), but I can't get into the room with the safe, as the guard goes in and out faster than I can unlock the door. If that wasn't enough for it to be impossible, I also have to open the safe, grab the key card, and then run out without getting caught. Any other ways to do this level? At this point I might just use a cheat code to skip it.

Nevermind, it turns out that going at 6 AM is a terrible time to do so, as it makes the game impossible. I've beat this level so there is no need to reply to this.
