i just started the game. so in the first public terminal you see in game, one of the dating profile get you this website:

looks like a code of some sort, so i tried inputting it in different encoders, and ASCII works:

so this seems like an instruction to do something in game. i literally have played it for 30 minutes only, so it might be something that can be done later or even 2nd playtrough to make sense of it. i am on it, but if anyone is interested to crack the code, give it a shot.

I believe this means we should look into the game's folder for some hidden songs and art. Probably some files are out of place and might be renamed mp3s and jpgs

"log on IRC" well, is there a virtuaverse room on IRC?!

i might be too young to know what IRC is lol. i took a short look on game folders, there are some .ini and .xml files but nothing are on them so far.

The mentioned services on mbrserver.com are actually working. You can telnet to it, ftp, and connect by IRC. Didnt try gopher yet, now that's a blast fthe past.
The ftp site contains a video and mp3s from the band. Didnt explore irc or telnet yet, but they're working.
