I highly doubt your router doesn't let you open your NAT. If you can open ports, you can open your NAT.
First off, just disable the Windows firewall - it's unnecessary to have your router's and Windows' firewall active at the same time. You should only have one or the other. That might fix it. Also close any anti-virus software you have open.
