Campaign - Consistent Game Crash

When I first loaded Modern Warfare 2, I chose to disable "No Russian." I completed the missions up to "No Russian" but for some reason the mission is trying to load, and every time it tries, my game crashes about half way through the loading bar.
I tried uninstaling and reinstalling Modern Warfare 2. I tried resetting the campaign (twice) and tried on different difficulties, but "No Russian" was still crashing at the same point.
If anyone knows a fix, or a fix to try, let me know. Thanks.
