(Intel Core i7 2.00 GHz, 6GB RAM, 64 bit Windows 10, NVIDIA Geforce GT 540M)
A few times, it went to a blue screen of death. In windows 10 they're actually pretty nice looking haha. It said something about a video scheduler internal error.
but anyway I found a sort of fix, if you just quit the game and restart after every match it wont crash. Only tested for a few matches but ill keep this post updated
My computer get's alot hotter playing other games then COD and it doesn't freeze. It gets hot, don't get me wrong, but not as hot compared to other games i played.
It probably works, though it's a temporary solution
I also reinstalled the game and played as admin and it still doesn't work.

I just noticed you have intel 4000, you should really uninstall all drivers with ddu
http://www.guru3d.com/files-details/display-driver-uninstaller-download.html
and then reinstall first the intel 4000 driver that comes from whatever laptop manufacturer or pc manufacturer you own, and then install the amd drivers that your manufacturer offers. and finally after you do that, buy another card if you arent locked into it with a laptop
Doesn't work :/
did you try reinstalling the correct drivers from your laptop or pc manufacturer?
what is your definition of hot? measure it, then post the results. if you have some temperature logging software it should tell right up to the freeze how hot your components were.
I think that's a bit extreme just to make 1 game to work well. And it really only happens with COD MW2. I've played Skyrim and many other games from my game's list and i never had a problem with them.
I kind of measure the temperature by the touch. I've played CSS and my PC got aprox, 70C-80C and I never had my computer freeze when playing CSS, while COD MW 2 got aprox 55-60C. I don't have any software that measures the temp, as they're really innacurate, so i just use the touch.
