Well this discussion is not really with modern warfare 2 but yeah
Ok so i made a new account on my laptop and i do have the games that i have now in my library and i can not play them for a reason.I tryed playing mw2 and i ended up uninstalling it from steam library, and now surprisily i can not download mw2 multiplayer again.

You did not buy MW2, you only bought license to play MW2 on one account.
To play this game on your second account, you will have to buy new license again.

If you want to play on both accounts, you have to eneble Family Sharing on both computers. Then you can play all games from both accounts. You have to activate both accounts on both computers, DL the games you want to play and start playing....
But i wonder.. why 2 accounts?? You can play with same steam account on different computers. You only have to verify that its really you evry time you log into a different computer, either by email or mobile autentication.....

Choose STEAM up in left corner of the screen - Settings - Family - Eneble: "Authorize Library sharing on this computer". You also need to Authorize the user(s) - up to 5 users. Then you can choose others computers that can use your library.

If you use mobile to verify steam account, both accounts will be banned. A game ban will be on the owner account. So dont do it. I rejected you friend reguest - Im no fan of hackers.
