You just find them randomly. I once found the single xp boost lobby twice on seperate sessions.

On the topic of levelling up fast, the cold-blooded glitch where every bullet you shoot into a spinning helicopter(which is destroyed by bullets) counts as a killstreak down per bullet. Fast XP.

Going for mastery challenges(unlock all attachments on a weapon). Hardest part is FMJ which requires 40 pen kills. (wish they would change it to half or just 40 kills with fmj attached).

Doing Veteran challenges unlocked after prestige on weapons.

fastest way to 10th is to reach level 70 and use EAM to set it to 10th that way vac wont detect your stats changed so fast

I dont have a vac for mw2. my vac is for using the console in Ghosts
