where do i get the "blue" "cheese" to finish the meal for parsley? or where do i get a picture of a butt? really struggling with these two

The "blue cheese" is the piece of paper with the ingredients listed on it.

You have to get a fishing pole from the guy who'll eventually pop out of the pond in the courtyard in order to get the butt pic. Complete his quest, put the fishing pole up on the roof, then sneak up on the photographer while she has her back turned to you.

how do you get on the roof?

You have to get the sad young lady out of the stairwell.

In order to do that, you need to get your hands on a good fortune from the fortune telling tent. In order to get that... you have to a) cut open the fabric in the tent so the sun can get in and light up the crystal ball at the right time, and b) get into the bathroom in the bar. You have to complete the bartender's recipe quest to do so, I believe, but it's been a couple of hours since I did that bit so my memory's a bit foggy. :}

Once you're in the bathroom, take the fortune voucher off the wall, take it to the tent when the sun's shining into it, and you'll get a good fortune certificate that you can then give to the girl in the stairway. She'll be out of there by the following morning.

To my knowledge, it's all about timing! It took me f o r e v e r to nab 'em because my laptop wouldn't stop lagging (it's.... old), but it's possible! Your best bet is to stay in the corner near the burning tires—that's what worked for me, anyway c:

The tooth lily is for one of the possible endings with Dr. Habit, so right now you won't use it. For the hat girl, you can use the translator (if you found it already) to read what she wants, but she just says someone stole her hat and hid it under the tree in the amusement park
