before i buy what limitations does it have
Im wanting to buy this so i have a recording software linked to my steam for easy download, just wanting to know what it can and cant do.

I notice in the advert it is show editing how powerful is that part of it, also when you record is it limited to a file size or length or could you record for an hour if you want? is there any restrictions on what can be recorded or not?

There is no limit in file size (as long as you have enough free space) or duration by default. Optionally, you can limit the file size or duration from settings.

There is no specific limit in Screenbits as a screen recorder. You can easily record screen and audio. However, I add a list that you might want to consider:

* Windows 10 is the only supported operating system.
* Video editing or live streaming is not supported.
* Live drawing/editing features are not available.
* Output format is MP4 (H264 video, AAC audio).
* Output resolution is limited to 4K (way more than what you should need).
* Output frame rate is limited to 60. If your system is not fast enough, you might get variable frame-rate rather than constant frame-rate in the output video.

Please let me know if there is anything else I can help.

have you made an editing program to go along with this?

The answer is no unfortunately. This is the only video related software that we have developed so far.
