MXGP 2019, MXGP3 or MXGP Pro?
So I picked up the recent Humble Bundle which contained MXGP and I've recently been getting into this. So after looking online, most of the information I can find is about MXGP3 vs MXGP Pro. How would you guys rate 2019 towards these?

I race full length, so the full laps for both races, all controls on manual or atleast most little to no assists and I play using first person view. I can currently get some of the game for a decent price on Humble; MXGP3 (£7.19), MXGP Pro (£7.99) or MXGP 2019 (£15.99).

I also won't consider the Supercross games as I much prefer the setting to MXGP.

I want to choose only one as I have a couple of other bike games I want, so for someone coming from the original MXGP game, which one would you recommend?

But anyways back to topic...
I sat upon the same decision that you are on...and watched some videos and read some reviews. I had PRO in my CART , ready to purchase on multiple occasions. But something stopped me from buying. In the end what swayed my choice for this game 2019, was simply that there was Track editor and Waypoint races in the Playground, 2 things that frankly, I really do not use that much at all.
Also was watching videos and there was some guy bad mouthing 2019 and praising PRO, saying how there is no air time and bikes are too heavy in 2019.
That is absurd. Bikes weigh roughly 220-275lbs. in real life, I don't know how much Stone that is, if your British. And it is plenty of hang time in 2019, and graphics are sharper, better optimized too in 2019.
The style of presentation of 2019 is not Rock n Roll, but has some flavorful beats sounds very exciting.
Well I also heard that MGXP PRO is not that much better than MGXP3, and somehow got the idea that 2019 was much more of an improvement over PRO than PRO was ever of MGXP3. Figure that. Although the price was nice for PRO and I could of gotten another game, Gravel that I wanted all for the price of 2019 alone. I am still content for my decision , because even the Multiplayer will be so much more competitive for a longer period of time with the latest game, 2019.
I really am thinking about getting Monster Supercross 3 here on Steam now that I am a fan of Milestone.

Thanks for your input, I've decided to give this game a shot. Making the jump from MXGP seems like an easier choice than if I was making the jump from MXGP3 or PRO. I'm not drawn in by the height of the jumps, if I wanted to make big jumps I would have gone down the route of Supercross.

Can't give an opinion yet though as I'm knackered. Could literally fall asleep through my first race.

I hope you got it on Steam as it is now cheaper here than it was over on Humble.
I went and got the Supercross game, and it is really good. I learned a bit while playing that game, better use of the back brakes, has helped me ride better and to more victories here in MGXP 2019.
I hope you enjoy the experience!
