I made a guide to help folks who are annoyed about not having access to 4:3 without scanlines. This will also allow you to tinker with the graphics, to get effects like a more subdued CRT effect or a less pixelated image.

Thanks for this, it's great to be able to scale up the original view that doesn't fill the screen proportionally by default.

Edit: is it possible to achieve TATE mode with any reshade options?
