Keyboard controls?

I figured out the movement, start, jump, and shoot buttons for the keyboard. But what are the left and right triggers to exit to the menu?

Is it playable with keyboard at all?

Kind of, it needs getting used to. I do not have an Xbox One controller to actually play properly yet, so until then keyboard will have to do.
