You didn't respond to my post, coward:
Still waiting.
I'm not even judging anyone too harshly but if you used save states then you have cheated.
Its the same as using a cheat code or a hack, really.
Though sometimes games are so bad and don't deserve to be played fairly ngl (Castlevania The Adventure for example)
Sit down.
Sit down.
Not to mention that using in game mechanics is different than doing things the game was never intended for. The only reason save states are in these collections is because these collections are competing with emulators.
I don't like using them either! *** SO I DON'T, AND PEOPLE WHO DO USE SAVE STATES AND REWINDING DO. NOT. AFFECT. ME. IN. THE. SLIGHTEST. ***
Sit. Down.
Sit. Down.
I think that described you a bit too well. You just ignore our points and keep rambling and insulting.
That being said, the fact that some people are so obsessed with this concept to the point that they have to pretend like they beat a game even though they cheated their way through it is baffling to me. There is no middle ground or argument, either you beat the game legit or you didn't. I've accepted that I'll never beat a game like Castlevania The Adventure legit because its way too bad for me to care about.
If the credits rolled, you literally beat the game.
