Which is the best castlevania to start with?

new to the game, wondering which one would be good for a beginner as well.

castlevania bloodlines or Super Castlevania IV,
Castlevania The Adventure maybe i don't know.

It depends on your player type and what you are used to. They are all relatively hard. I would say, you can just start with the first one. Yet the best introduction to 8-bit Castlevania would be Bloodstained: Curse of the Moon (it's another game, not in this collection). It has clear boss patterns and a casual mode with no recoil after getting hit.

In release order. So 1, 2, 3, 4, etc.

I think release order is best. The originals may be old, but they are classics that have stood the test of time - they're just as fun today as they were back then.
