===A on a SNES controller is B on an Xbox360.===
(If you didn't read this part and are confused, then read it!)
The Buffalo SNES Replica controller actually works just fine.Start and Select are reversed for some strange reason, but their functions are still working. You will have to press the 1 (not on the keypad, the one that's above Q on a QWERTY keyboard) to go to the menu, unless you wanna get fancy and use Joy2Key to map it to the Buffalo.
Y (left) is whip/attack and B (down) is jump, in NES Titles and Gameboy Titles.
Super Castlevania IV and Bloodlines, however, have control remapping in their option menus.
With the Buffalo SNES Replica, I'd imagine you'd want to set them each up this way::
SCV4:
A = Jump
X = Attack
R = Item
Bloodlines:
A = Item
B = Attack
C = Jump
SCV4's controls will be identical to the SNES this way, with the exception of Select pausing and Start doing nothing. Bloodlines is a little weirder, it was originally on a Sega Genesis 3-button controller, but if you can get used to Select being pause and the X (top) button being your Sub-Weapon, then it shouldn't be too bad.
===NOTE: X on a SNES controller is Y on an Xbox360.===
===A on a SNES controller is B on an Xbox360.===

Hope that helps.
