Heir of the Belmont Clan didn't unlock

I've beaten every game with every character, have all other achievements. I tried beating CV4 again because it's the fastest to password to Drac and kill him, and I let the whole ending play, but nothing happened. Any tips for this? Does it want the Expert endings for Bloodlines or something?

Seriously? That's pretty dumb, plus it doesn't actually tell you that. Good thing most of the games have passwords.

Ugh, I don't want to play Adventure any more though, that game is butts. Oh well. Thanks for the answer.

Well, beating all games in one sitting definitely wasn't it. I did CV1 and 2, and as soon as the ending to CV2 started, I got it. It's just finicky I guess. I got the same ending in CV2 as the first time I beat it, too.

You DON'T have to beat it all in one sitting.

I had difficulties unlocking the achievement too, turns out I quit out of Castlevania I a little too soon after defeating Dracula

To be sure you get it, make sure you defeat the final boss and see the credits, then move on to the next game.

I watched all the credits all the way through the first time. I have no idea what the problem was.

Also apparently I can't mark my own post as a solution, which is dumb. What if you solve your own problem? :P

I had the same issue and looks like the only solution, as everybody mentioned, is saving right before the final boss; I decided to finish in order (Castlevania 1, 2, 3, IV, Adventure) and after I finished Castlevania adventure 2 once again I got the achievement. Also you can use passwords in Castlevania 2, 3, Adventures 2, Kid Dracula and Bloodlines to get the achievement but ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ Konami, why you haven´t patched this glitch!?

I'm having the same problem and beating Dracula in Castlevania 2 Belmont's Revenge really stressed me out. It took a lot of time doing that and a lot of stress but I did it to get all the achievements and now I'm very mad because I don't have that last achievement.

Apparently it's just that the triggers for this achievement is usually after the credits unlike the "complete x game" achievement which has it's trigger on defeating the last boss.

That's true and thank you. I had saves before the fight with Dracula in all the games, so I just loaded the save\saves the defeated Dracula again. I redid the fights with Dracula in Castlevania 1 to 4 and when I defeated him in Super Castlevania 4 I got the achievement.

I taked the same problem, but i solved here. Reload every game before the last boss and finish again, give a time in credits (i recomend to see the credits for 1 min~). I can see some players taking after completed the Castlevania bloodlines, but i taked in Kid Dracula. I think you need wait some time after complete a game to register right.

I waited until the end of credits in every game and got the achievement no problem, didn't have to replay anything (apart from getting the different ending achievements).
