MW2 on different machines

Hi everyone. I may be a n00b when it comes to cloud saving.

My question is, why is it that on my pc I started and completed some Spec Ops, and then on my laptop, I don't see the ones I already did ?

Isn't cloud saving shared throught different machines if it is the same account? Or it doesn't work like that ?

Only Multiplayer progress is synced with Steam Cloud for MW2.

Valve games will sync your save games, other games do it also. Not all third party games on Steam use Steam Cloud.

Then I should continue my Spec Ops on PC for all the 3 stars from each, and then maybe finish the Single Player again to get the remaining achievements.

You can also transfer your save files over to another computer if you wish.

Is it just a copy-paste procedure once I find the folder ?

Say for example MW2, will it overwrite everything or I can choose which SpecOps to keep ?

Hi, and sorry for re-open this, but it doesn't working at all for me. Copying the entire "players" foleder to another PC and game stats are at ZERO. Any idea?
