From Jan 2015 Russia may totally stop access to all foreign internet includes all videogames, game platform, Steam, facebook, etc. But that doesnt mean that this kind of censorship is good.

Its the same censorship that evolution theory in school - they just didnt feel that real facts about human existence 100-150 million years ago are "not suitable" for school lessons, same as archeologic facts that some mammals eated dinnos, but you will never hear this in school.

Take it up with your countries' government if you don't like it. Forcing the game to have uncut content isn't going to do anything good.

Its the same as modding or patch installation. nothing really illegal as no real criminal laws violated.

EVERY dota match violate at least 10 laws of any country, including extremism propaganda. etc, but dota is still here.

99.9999 procent of steam games are international publisher, and got no russian language as well.
