Language issues
Hello,
My friend bought for me this game , he comes from Germany but when i finished to download and all i realized that is in German language :S. Now, i would like to know how i can change language to italian. i already tried properties from Steam but nothing happened.
Please somebody help me

If it's from Germany then it's going to be in German.

There's really no way for change it? I tried to put ZONE folder in italian switching names folder but still can't play MP

There is a way. But i know only for English. Italian will be hard to find.

You are wrong.
All you need, is localization files, and change first line in localization.txt
No ban 100%
I have only russian and english(which i downloded by myself and install manualy, coz steam doesnt dounload it) and all works just fine. No problems.

You are not allowed to download files and enter them into the game if they are not dona over the Steam client.

Get the folders MAIN,MILES AND ZONE of the language interested. Put them at the place of the others folders , and you will have the language. Speech , interface and main menu. SHARE THIS!

Look, sometimes happens, that game dont have russian localization IN steam option. But it does official! You just dont have an option in steam to download russian localization. Then, good peoples wrote an a advice(in steam) how to download and install localization. And it is LEGAL, over9000% totally legal.
Story of mine, is another. I've got retail russian box version of the game, and if you register it in steam, only language that u can use, is russian(!). Every time, i changed in steam option game language, steam delete all localization files, and game dont start at all. Telling that files are missing. Verifying cache doesnt help, its just nothing. Russian edition\language is so poor and awful. Like piece of sheat.
But if you both game in steam, u can have ANY language. So, why i can not install another localization by my own? I can, and steam dont ban for that. Its normal to install localization patch, even if not from steam. No one cares. its just a language.
Only bad thing, that i can not verify cache of the game now, coz steam will delete localization files.
Game working on english language without any issue, and without ban. Because, how i sad, its totolly normal. Especially for russians. We have pirated windows systems everywhere, and no ones give a fack. Or if someone get toched to the butt.

Yeah, it's in Russian only because people rip the developers off by buying Russian keys and then just changing it to English because it's so cheap.

Hm... its not cheaper. Price the same. Just one of russian publishers cut eny another language, and make a horible localization. Can you play, if every replic sounds TWICE?!
