Progress lost
After getting a new PC and setting up everything and steam I have lost all my progress in MW2 despite the fact it said my playtime, achievements, and I had all this saved with cloud but now my progress is all lost. I need to know how to get back my save file or if it's even possible.

Cloud saves in his game only save your multiplayer progress. Single player and Spec-Ops saves had to be backed up manually.
If your old PC is still accessible - you can take 'Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2\players' folder and copy it onto your new PC.
