Hello, guys. I create a english-patch for the Russian language version of the game. I needed some files from the English version (1.2.211 !!!). Help me! Namely: patch_code_pre_gfx_mp.ff, patch_mp.ff.

Laptop65, I agree with you, but I bought the game 5 years ago. There was only the Russian language. I'm from RF.

The retail version of the game in Russia has only an russian localization. And it is awful.
There is nothing bad or illigal in "language patch", russian's releases often get poor localization or awful, so that is normal that we have a lot of that kind of community patches. Usual thing. Do not take close)

1. turn off auto update of the game.
2. backup ur localization.txt file
3. Extract files from archive.
4. restore localization.txt and change first line from "russian" to "english"

No, no. I have it. I need files from the last update. I do not think that it will be compatible without the latest eng-patch.

Well, thats 4.7GB, so...
Maybe i will update all patches to the all updaes + make direct links to all files. But now now, got a lot of work.

Well, thats 4.7GB, so...
Maybe i will update all patches to the all updaes + make direct links to all files. But now now, got a lot of work.

IF, and thats a big IF... you can choose between several languages in steam library for the game, then you can change language to any of them shown in the language tab. For me it show 7 different languages and i can change to anyone i like. I have tried it and it works fine, but as you wrote, the new files are 4.7 Gb to DL and they replace the old files in the Zone folder.

hii i install the patch and i can play multiplayer in english. but only play 1 game, in the finish and go to next map crash the game.

I did have to restart the campaign though, as the save game wasn't compatible. No big deal as I just started it.
