Changing language

So i bought the game and its in russian, going into properties doesn't show the languages tab so idk what to do. Is there a program or file that can change the language to english???

Where did you buy it? It might be region/language locked. In that case the only way is to download and install english version files manually.

i bought in on cs.money because i sold my knife there it was written europe tho
