Muffled audio and low quality cinematics.

My MW2's audio sounds muffled. Like you could barely hear what they are saying. I could describe the sound to be like a person speaking on a very old radio and like adjusting it to stereo is the only way to make it bareable. So are the ingame music. The cinematic cutscenes you see before you play a mission is in low quality apparently. There hasnt been enough help in the internet. Im guessing if a few of you guys might know

You see, I am too poor to get the steam version so my friend gave me a copy from his pc.

Ok, maybe stop pirating games and flipping developers off and actually buy the game on Steam like normal people do and then you won't run into tech issues like this. Either way you won't be recieving any support for your pirated copy.
