Fatal error: Could not load localization.txt
I have just bought this game through the sale but when I try and launch it the game seems to initially try and load in fullscreen mode but then closes and when I try and open it again I get the message 'Fatal error: Could not load localization.txt'. I have tried verfiying integrity of game cache, replacing the localization.txt file and reinstalling the game multiple times, none of which have fixed the problem. The only thing I can think may possibly cause problems in my setup is my steam files are not located on my C: drive in 'Program Files (x86)' but on my D: drive. Could anyone give me some advice on how to fix this problem?

For anyone having the same problem I managed to fix the problem myself by purely just changing the first word in localization.txt from 'english' to 'English'. Yes, I just put a capital letter at the beginning. I am a tech genius.

I am having this issue now and can't resolvce it. I even uninstalled and reinstalled and still get the same message

I managed to get rid of the fatal error:
Could not load localization.txt by changing the screen resolution to 1600x900 in Windows 10 and the game came back to life.
