IW4SP.exe / IW4MP.exe has stopped working

Hi everyone,
So my game gets passed the splash screen, goes black and then crashes. This also happens with call of duty 4, and world at war. I cannot seem to fix it at all, and if anyone could help that would be great.
Things I have tried:
Reinstalling numerous times
Verify Game Cache (Also numerous times)
Used CCleaner
Run in compatibility mode / as administrator

None of these have worked, and I'm clueless on what I should try next. Any help would be greatly appreicated.

Have you got FRAPS..uninstall it..! you can as well try to clear download cache on steam app in the settings..
