If you can choose several languages like I can, choose English -
You will see DL is started. Do the same for Mw2-MP. This files are about 13GB tot, so you have to wait for both to finish. After DL is finished; you have to veryfy locale files for the game. Restart computer. Start steam and use desctop icon to start campaign.
Then if you get black screen (like i did) use Task Man. to close game. Reinstall Vcredist_x86.exe and DXsetup.exe. You find them in MW2 rpogramfolder/redist and dx in subfolder MW2/Redist/DirectX. Restart computer. Delete mp_playlists_dlc2.ff in the Zone folder for the new language (english). Start game in campaign. If you get black screen some secound, just wait. Chose campaign, then main menu, choose spec-ops, main menu and then choose MP. This worked for me. If you want to go back, the new language has to be DL again.
plus, "no russian" can be skipped and killing any civilians is a mission fail condition.
