Age of, Vampires?

When I was a kid I watched a guy play a game (Obviously one in this series) and I remembered him calling it 'Age of Vampires'. Clearly I misheard the name of the game, but I recall his game being sort of, science fiction themed, whereas the games in this series are always based on ancient civilizations. Is anyone aware of an old DLC or alternate version of these games based on science fiction?

Age of Vampires II is a mod created by Ivacula for the "Age of Empires II The Conquerors" edition and was last updated on November 29, 2011.

You can find the mod at the link below, although I am not sure if it is compatible with the DE edition of AOE II & its expansion packs.

I downloaded the mod around the time it first came out and have it on an old pc that still runs the DVD version of AOE II & its packs.

Anyhow, the AOV mod is still up for download, so I hope this helps post reply will help you reconnect with the mod you remember, especially with Halloween being next month. Lol.

Huh, perhaps that’s it then. I’ll have to take another look. I suppose it’s possible the person had both games! (Find you, this was like 2005 or so, give or take a few years.)
