You can buy it on GOG. I would love for it to come to Steam, however, but highly reworked in almost every aspect, as it is not a game that plays very well.

Empire Earth is not Microsoft's game. But I would welcome a remaster as the original is ugly as hell compared to the 2d graphics from the AoE games.

But like the first responder said - it's available on GOG and I suggest you to download the NeoEE Mod as well in order to play it online as Activision has shut down the servers after buying Sierra:

Sierra is not active anymore. Dont know who have the rights. The AI needs also a huge update.
