For the BB Gun, it's 7. When I look at the lowest belt and press 7, either I pull out and equip my BB gun, or, if I don't have the BB gun on me, no ammo is transferred.

Turns out there isn't one for BBs. For things like Revolver, Shotgun, and Machine Gun ammo, you just hold the box, look down at the respective belt, and press E to fill the belt. There is a cap with varying sizes depending on the belt, so you can't carry infinite ammo in your belts.

I cannot find ANY talk about how the AK ammo belt either doesn't work, or is so weird that I can't find it out after half an hour of hunting answers and pressing everything everywhere.
