ah yes the copy is everything and nothing is new, face it TLD is already dead, as I said it didn't take too long and someone made a similar game, more comprehensive and more patched than TLD, I have to say that for the fact that it came out now they did more work what Genesz did in 6 years, and before you cry that he's working on it alone, remember that both studios were working with zero budget and only one studio decided to seek help and all the money from the sales of the game will go to development, I probably don't need to tell you what studio it is :)

yet people say it's empty and the demo was more fun, reviews are bad too. Genezs did nothing for 5 years and should release TLD in 1.0 but apart from the graphics, there is nothing in DBH. Maybe you should drive 150 km and tell us what you think

I have traveled more than 150km in multiplayer and in sigleplayer so I have to say that I enjoyed DBH more, a lot more content and more goals, a lot of car configuration, yes there are bugs and yes all bug reports are sent to discord where in the next update they are fixed not as on TLD toxic server where you write that the game has a bug and you get banned, and if I'm not mistaken TLD had exactly the same reviews as DBH when it came out: )) just use steam :) i still don't understand that you believe them when you see that nothing is happening and when the beta update came out that broke the game, you still say to yourselves that ONE DAY IT WILL BE FIXED, no. .. just look at how often the developer is active on the game and you see that nothing is happening and they are doing other really stupid things instead of focusing on the game, both the developers and the TLD community have lowered their credit here, I was a TLD fan but I have to say I have changed my mind and I have to say I am not the only one.....

one thing tho drive beyond horizon is a scam in terme of price it's extremely expensive for a game like this the game is good it feel like a the long drive just with 100 update and new graphic style but it is also very expensive for what it is

everything is copy of everything... The game aint suttering so it aint the engines fault, its your PC... Also, Unreal Engine is probably the best indie engine you can get currently and is also the cheapest to get things for it... Game development aint spawn and run... Also that poor game is so early in development and if its not gonna get abandoned like The Long Drive, then we may get a sick looking game with unlimited modability thanks to Unreal Engine cuz its far easier to mod things there... Anti UE people should throw away their ancient computers cuz we, whom have good PC's, we do not care about your opinion... TLD is a stuttery mess, unoptimized online mode, glitching terrain, render distance is like from 2005, graphics suck and even with my rig I wont ever get more than 80 FPS and whenever I get near a monument spawn, my FPS drops by 60%... Sooo... What is optimized? A game engine that is meant for modern HW and 3D games or a game engine that is meant for 2D visual novels and light 3D small area jRPG's? hmmmm?

Expensive... In current economy... Bruh, if someone from NA or EU decides to make a game, the cheapest they gonna sell it for is 30 bucks... If someone from Africa or China makes the same game, the cheapest they gonna sell it for is 5 bucks cuz for them even those 5 bucks can buy food for a whole day and all they need is 30 sales per month to get a monthly salary...

I'm yet to see a game from africa.
Also many unreal or unity indie games are optimised like sh1t. There is a reason those are so infamous. Pulling out the "it's your pc's fault" doesn't make the game's performance better, which is often criticised anyways.
