HOW TO ACTIVATE THE SPAWN MENU!?!?!?!
I KEEP LOOKING FOR VIDEOS FOR IT AND CANT FIND ANY THAT WORK, PLZZZZ HELPPPPPP

In the misc tab of your settings turn on "Developer Mode" when in game hit F1. Word of warning though caps lock causes you and your car to fly so watch out for misclicks of it. The tilde key respawns your last item selected (the key next to 1) it has a list inside the menu of new hotkey key binds.
