My car won't move

Hi,
this question seems to come up now and again, so here's mine ;).

My car does not move at all (the first one, so I restarted several times with different seeds and got some different cars with different engines... problem remains the same).
- running on auto clutch/shift
- fuel / oil / diesel is inside (depending on the engine: pure, 95/5 mix or diesel)
- the hand brake is released
- all motor parts are attached
- the engine is running
- rpm go up when I accelerate
- the hand brake is still released
... no movement
even though the hand brake is released (just wanted to make this clear )

I tried the motor cycle, this one works.

Ehm, im guessing auto clutch/shift isnt working properly ? try manually to engage gears via the options auto shift/clutch off. Drive it manual, see if it fixes it and then revert back to automatic.

Just tried manual clutch/shift, but that doesn't work either.

Close the game, go to Documents\TheLongDrive, delete Settings.tldc then open the game again. Sometimes the handbrake control just breaks, this fixes it
