Does it say IsSteam() = true
Does it say true for the others too? Or false?

Then you either have an unofficial version or your game is not authenticating properly with steam for some reason.

either use your non pirated copy and maybe stop sailing the 7 seas

or if you didn't pirate it, verify files and run as admin (make sure you are pressing play in steam and not on desktop or by opening an app)

Been launching my game through steam so unless they are hosting pirated copies that isn't the issue.

Verify files was the first thing I did.

Also tried a full uninstall and reinstall.
Old version multiplayer is there but pressing T doesn't show anything as true or false.

Could be a number of things mate. Troubleshooting authentication issues are a pain. I'd start with the firewall and see if it has any settings that may be messing with either Steam or The Long Drive.
