Trabant engine swap

I found a small engine on the road and installed it on my Trabant but now the car doesnt start.

I read online that the Trabant is the worst car in the game for engine swaping but can someone please explain to me exactly why that is the case?

Depends on what engine you put in, it may require a different fuel.

On that note, trabant is an air-cooled car. So it cannot have radiators attached to it without mods. This makes it so any water-cooled engine attached to it will overheat pretty quickly
