How long does it take to drive the entire distance?
How much time would it be required to finish?

Well, the road itself is real 5k kilometers(cca 3107 miles) long. In order to reach the end, you often have to go off the road for loot(food, water, fuel, engine oil, car parts, etc.) and that also takes some time. So it depends on how fast you drive and how much time you spend looting and maintaining the vehicle. I drove almost all of it with a smaller bus(as a challenge live on Twitch) and I drove a total of 5031 km(I had the end of the road there) and it took about 200 hours.
