IFA W50 red light meanining

On the left side of the dash on the IFA W50 the middle red light is lit up for me. I have oil in the engine, diesel in the tank, water in the radiator, but the middle red light is lit up and the truck stuggles to move and keeps stopping. What does this red light mean? I can't find any info online about what the lights mean and i cant figure out the issue

Nope that light is on the right not the left

I'm thinking same. It sounds like it's overheating but radiator is almost full of water.

Is it a rusted radiator? Old, rusted radiator overheats quicker than a shiny one.
