Slaverian Trucker is imo a perfect marriage of TLD, My summer car and others from the genre. I highly recommend it.

Oh sorry, yeh the dev got copyrighted by Microsoft (Apparently they own the word 'Wasteland' when it comes to video games) So he had to change the name.

Cool game that , I enjoyed it quite a bit but haven't played for a while so its been expanded a lot since.
As far as context to the above games though, Motor town is quite different. Its more of a 'Run your own driving based business' driving simulator as opposed to MSC, TLD, Slaverian trucker etc. which are more driving survival/life/mechanic sim.
You're quite right. In my new obsession for Slaverian Trucker, I somewhat lost sight of what the OP specifically asked.
