Drop Camera Controls
How do I Move/pick up the Drop Camera?
Also how do you get rid of it? Pressed F4 and it spawns and I can switch it to my secondary monitor but.... it's forever stuck in that spot. And I can't get rid of it unless I quit the whole game and go back in.
Anyone got info or experience?

You should just be able to press F4 again and it should go away.
If it's not working, you could just drive a considerable distance away from it and it'll disappear once you've gone far enough.
