Oil is needed for all engines, filled in the engine
Gas for gas engines in fuel tank

Correct.
Exception of twostroke engines, that needs the oil in the tank with the gas.

To clarify, you need a mixture of 3% oil with gas for a two stroke engine.

You can also swap engines if the two stroke isn't to your liking.

How?
Because the other engines need a radiator, and on two stroke engine cars, you can´t fit radiators.
