Is the game worth it?

Like is there a lot of stuff to do? I dont quite grasp the concept

There's about as much stuff to do as a sandbox game has. You start with a car, drive for a while, encounter other creatures, and turn your car into a sick Mad Max/ratrod type of vehicle.
If you're the kind of person that likes to have a purpose in the game, then no. This game isn't for you, unless you can count visiting Mom as a big enough purpose to drive 5000 km.

I bought game for 3$ and i like it , u can open developer menu and enjoy the sandbox or loot map area and enjoy by driving a car

Ghostly's answer is dead on. Another fun thing to do is find the truck or bus.
Then you can build a camper. You could build it out of bacon if your patient enough.

As soon as I get my steam deck, I’m gonna get on the long drive and then I am going to build a entire mansion out of wooden pallets and put everything in it

I played the game and i liked it at first but its hard to drive and find places to refuel

you drive and it is very long and you drink diesel and piss it into your gas tank and wonder why your gas car isnt working and then run over animals in a strange european car with a engine in the back

You can accomplish everything the game has to offer in about 1 hour unless you like driving endlessly with no purpose like me. From that point if you can handle the broken physics get mods to make it more interesting.
