Problem driving uphill
For some reason my really big "truck" seems to be going really slow uphill, even if its not really going up at all. Does anybody know how I can fix this? Perhaps I need to reduce weight or get a better engine?

That's it, get rid of stuff you don't really need, and get a bus engine when you find one!

The big truck (AKA IFA W50) is probably the most frustrating vehicle to drive up hill. The whole purpose of a truck is to haul stuff and the one in this game can barely make it up a hill empty. I've found the bus engine in the truck offers a little bit more performance, but tricky to install. Overall, I ended up dumping the truck. The Fury is much better.

I mostly agree, but... tricky to install? C'mon it's not that bad lol

Going further... If you really like the IFA, and you're into mods, I can't help but recommend Serena's Diesel V8. I can't live without that freaking beast! Combined with IFA's 4WD... *chef's kiss*

For me at least, the engine was a little difficult. Probably me doing something wrong. At one point the truck flipped and the engine flew out of my hand...lol...yes the game has charm ha.

Haven't tried any mods yet but this looks promising. Thanks for the info.

Now a lil "secret": just hold it close, then hold Q and look at the engine bay... the mount icon will still appear :)
