I'm stuck on a hill with the bus

There's a massive steep hill I can't get over or around(at least not a way I can spot from the location). Suggestions?

Well the bus is not the best. But you can try to drive diagonal.

i had this happen to me at over 1000km had to ditch the bus and luckly i had enough spare fuel and extra car parts to be able to get the car at the nearest gas station working i tried for over an hour to get the bus over the hill but could not do it.

That's lucky. I have a bike engine with me. Have been running for a bit, no buildnings in sight. If I ever hit one it needs to have all the parts for me.

I also have a gun. Thinking of ending it.

Just had this happen to me today. 200km detour driving around the hill. thank goodness for the compass! I have now ditched the bus and diesel swapped the one and only car I have found for the last 200km of road.

That's why I always try to keep a good condition fueled up moped. Then if I have to ditch what I'm driving (like my over packed bus) i can hop on the bike and find something else

I have climbed the bus up every peak, very steep hills, you just have to go diagonally at various angles sometimes taking you far away from the road and oh boy you better save your game because you will want to do the downhill part many times.

Imagine you and your guys are in a bus on multiplayer and you are been chased and you get to THE HILL. We are going to need many guns and defences to add to our vehicles, turbochargers for the engines to give some more power.

Where you running the bus engine? I put the V8 in mine and am afraid of a really steep hill. So far in first 500 Km, had a couple 10% grades slow me to 20 Km/h. If they get steeper, I may have to ditch some cargo, or the bus entirely, lol.
