Motorbike Start
How do I start the motorbike?
I have gas in the engine and press ignition but it keeps making a failed engine start sound.
As I was typing this a literal UFO just passed by me...

Bike is two stroke like trabant. It also doesn't have a starter motor so you need to drive it for a few seconds using pedals, then start the engine

you need to have 5% oil in the gas tank

1. Install Engine + Wheels
2. Install gas tank
3. Fill gas tank with 95% fuel + 5% oil (the engine is a 2-stroke engine)
4. Sit on the motorcycle (default press E while looking at the seat)
5. Press ignition on (default I)
6. Press (default W) drive forwards button to start kicking the engine on
7. Eventually, the engine will turn on
8. Press kickstand button (default Space Bar) to take the bike off kickstand
9. Continue pressing W to throttle up
10. Enjoy the drive

Is it me or is the motorcycle kinda unusable?

Gearing is kinda broke (no manual and it's in neutral until up to speed and then flickers between N/1 then 1/2 and 2/3 as you speed up) struggling up small inclines etc.... have the right amount of oil in the tank and I tested with minimal weight on it and still sucks... not even mentioning the steering, going straight with no input it jitters hard, wtf

P.S. To anyone struggling with the power issue... just put the 2stroke trabant engine on the motorcycle, makes it usable and still decent mileage

This is driving me nuts. (I know this is an old post sorry) I built the motorcycle, I have everything on it. I have 5% oil mix. I finally got to sit on it without falling over.... Now I hit I and nothing happens :P Not even a failed ignition sound. What am I doing wrong? I put on the engine, the bike wheels, the fuel tank, the mirrors. Am I missing something? Is there supposed to be a radiator or something?

For the moped, you need to be pedaling it while the ignition is on to start the engine.

For the motorbike, you need to hold down the ignition key for a bit to kickstart the engine as it might not start the first time.

I mean, its not even making sound of starter? Usually engines chug at least while starting right?

i don't know why but you need to have manual shifting off or it's not gonna start

U gotta be in first gear to get it moving unlike most things where you gotta be in neutral

Try adding a bit of oil to the fuel mix, like 3-4%. Moped might need 5-6%.
