any reason for diesel swap to overheat?

took engine and coolant tank from bus and it overheats after around 1 minute of driving, is there something obvious im missing?

Your probably missing the lucky wheel, its pretty big and is mostly found around buildings.

is there any way to repair the radiator? also can you break the motor overheating it?

no mate, it will over heat, your car will stop, then you just have to wait for it to cool down again

If it overheats, you might need water in the coolant tank and oil in the oil tank

Running the engine without oil probably ruins it.

But anyhow, the stock radiator of a "standard" car won't be able to cool the engine adequately. I'd recommend seeing if you can put in the 10L coolant tank as well, this might help with your problem. Also make sure you run the bus engine with DIESEL.

you can't fix radiators, you need a new one, also engine damage isn't added yet
