Save files need help

I had a whole bunch of save files and now I only have one and I can't save but there is only one save I can load up and when I would delete that save then another would show that was in its place.

One of the save files (likely the autosave) is corrupted, and causing the saves menu not to be able to show all of them.

Go to your saves folder (Documents/TheLongDrive/Saves) and back up all the files in there. Then , try deleting the TLDsaveData_autosave.tlds and then trying to see if the saves now show in the game.

If not, try this for all the saves until you find the corrupted one

You could also just copy the save files you need. You can tell which save file is which as there is an image next to each with the same file name.

thanks man I just found this now, but I luckily at the time fixed it by deleting all the saves

sounds like your save file is also set to read only.

i cant even find my save file its like i dont have one
