Cant Move my car

I'm playing with keyboard/mouse and I can't get any starting front/rear engine vehicles on any saves to move. I press "E" to turn off the handbrake and even tried clicking the handbrake... nothing. I noticed "S" activates the brake and clutch at the same time. Is their a reverse gear I have to select to get out of the garage? If so how do i get it into reverse? Am I missing a part, they all spawn with an engine and radiator?
I've tried pushing the car out of the garage and its like the rear tires are one with the floor, the front of the car lifts up but the rear just stays put on the ground and yes i opened the garage doors before trying.
I've even tried a save with my Logitech G29 wheel connected and couldn't get the car to move, i did notice the OG steering wheel controls had brake and handbrake assigned to the brake pedal. I change that so the brake and handbrake were assigned to different buttons on the steering wheel, still couldn't get the car to move in either direction.

Are you using manual or auto clutch and shift

Sometimes cars or other things get stuck in the ground. They can sometimes jump around and damage or kill you so be a bit careful.

When a vehicle is stuck, try taking parts off like wheels, hoods, and doors. Sometimes you can "pop" the vehicle out of where it is stuck and replace the parts.
